Kamaru Usman has raised some eyebrows with his latest social media post.
With talks circulating of a potential fight between the two, Kamaru Usman has given an unusual take on how he thinks a fight with Conor McGregor would go down.
The possibility of the fight heated up when Usman’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz, recently mocked McGregor on Twitter. Abdelaziz said Usman would fight McGregor with “no takedowns” for the first two rounds and with “slaps” only.
The current welterweight champion Usman (16-1) doubled down on his manager’s comments, calling out McGregor in bizarre fashion.
I really don’t understand why you all want this man DEAD!!! I’d shag him in there if I wanted and he’d “DO NOTHIN” FOH pic.twitter.com/PvawNvX3Ru

“I really don’t understand why you all want this man DEAD!!! I’d shag him in there and he’d “DO NOTHIN” FOH.” Usman wrote on Twitter.
McGregor (22-4) returned to the win column in January of this year, knocking out Donald Cerrone in 40-seconds at UFC 246. In his post-fight interview, “Notorious” took a shot at Usman who was cageside on the night. The UFC superstar declared himself the second greatest MMA fighter of all time earlier this week.
With his last fight taking place at 170 pounds, the Irishman has expressed interest in staying at welterweight instead of dropping down to lightweight for his next fight. Usman defended his title in December of last year for the first time against Colby Covington and is yet to have his next fight lined up.
