It seems the bond between some of the cast of the ever-popular “Game of Thrones” series — which airs on HBO — and members of John Kavanagh’s Straight Blast Gym is strong.
After Conor McGregor gave and took some of “The Mountain’s” — real name Hafthór Júlíus Björnsson — best shots (see it again here), actor Liam Cunningham, who is known for his portrayal of Lord Davos Seaworth, shared some mat time with coach Kavanagh at his gym recently.

Jon Snow is pleased.
In between training celebs mixed martial arts (MMA) skills, coach Kavanagh will look to help McGregor get back on the winning track when he faces Nate Diaz in the main event of UFC 202 on Aug., 20, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
