On Saturday evening, “The Notorious” Conor McGregor walked into Madison Square Garden to headline the first-ever UFC event in New York as the reigning UFC Featherweight Champion. After eight minutes of action, he walked out as both the reigning UFC Featherweight and UFC Lightweight Champion.
McGregor finished the now former UFC 155-pound champion Eddie Alvarez in the main event of the show on Saturday night after dropping him several times with big power punches, closing out the show after what was the fourth or fifth clean knockdown of the bout as referee “Big” John McCarthy jumped in to stop the action.
Featured below are the video highlights currently available of the McGregor-Alvarez fight, which broke records and made history on a crazy number of levels tonight. Continue to check back here on this page as additional video highlights will be added as soon as they become available.
