EA UFC 2 is available for purchase all around the world, with the European region getting full access to the game on Thursday. In addition to the 250+ fighters already in the video game, there are a couple of special playable characters you can use, including Mike Tyson, Bruce Lee, and … Joe Rogan?
Yes, Rogan is the mystery unlockable fighter in EA UFC 2, and the best thing? Mike Goldberg even has actual lines for Rogan, who is commentating on his own fight! Rogan assures the audience that Rogan is “an outstanding striker.”
Anyway, Sports Gaming Universe has gameplay video of a welterweight Joe Rogan facing Nick Diaz. To cruelly spoil the result for you, Rogan wins via KO at 4:53 of round 1. The ending is a shocker, as Rogan rocked Diaz with a head kick and then dropped him with a spinning back kick to the head. Big punches ensued before the referee decided to stop the fight from a considerable distance away while making no contact with the fighters at all. Replays showed that Rogan hit Diaz mostly with his calf. Yes, Joe Rogan won with “spinning shit.”
