Video: Jon Jones immediately returns to the gym, sparring partner suffers the consequences

I know some of you mug-faced toughies who throw hands at the family fitness center out behind the local Walmart are never impressed by any sparring video, but JON JONES IS BACK, BITCHES.

Deal with it.

“Bones” was let out of jail on Thursday after a traffic stop left him in all sorts of legal trouble (more on that mess here). Since we have just three weeks until his UFC 197 pay-per-view (PPV) title fight, it should come as no surprise to see the ex-champ right back in the gym hitting mitts.

And judging by that wince from his pad pal, those strikes have POWER (must be all that weightlifting).

“Won’t let nothing disturb my peace,” Jones wrote on Instagram. “Right back to work. Round five out of seven. Them Ramen noodles got me feeling right.”

Pray for Cormier.
