As the main attraction for UFC on FOX 22 Saturday, Paige VanZant shined in the spotlight of open workouts Thursday.
VanZant, who takes on Michelle Waterson from the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, brought fans on stage after working out to take part in a dance-off.
Waterson, Urijah Faber, Sage Northcutt and Mickey Gall also got in some training before their fights.
