Vitor Belfort interested in Michael Bisping rematch: If he wants another kick, punch, I’m in

Vitor Belfort dispatched Michael Bisping to start the win streak that earned him a shot at the UFC middleweight title, and the Brazilian is open to another clash with “The Count”.

Belfort is still looking for his first fight since losing to 185-pound champion Chris Weidman in May, and Bisping suggested a rematch after beating Thales Leites via decision at UFC’s debut in Scotland on Saturday.

“If you look at Vitor when I fought him, he looked like a cross between a power-lifting champion and the Incredible Hulk,” Bisping said at the post-fight press conference in Glasgow. “When he stepped in against Chris Weidman, he looked like somebody’s out-of-shape, middle-aged man, a dad that went to the gym once a week. So it was certainly two different people. I would love to smash his face in and shut him up once and for all and get the revenge. I have no respect for that guy whatsoever. I think he’s a piece of sh*t is what I think.”

Belfort, who ignored multiple call-outs since his UFC 187 loss, said he’s interested in shutting Bisping’s “big mouth”.

“Some MANY fighters figured out that speaking bad things about others they can get their shot. I have been fighting for 19 years and have never needed to do that, I show my service inside the Octagon. Today some guys talk about me if I have or don’t have TRT, and don’t understand that every time they open their mouth to talk about me I get more sponsors and partners (nothing should be personal it is all about business). By the way, I got my 2 world title in UFC with no TRT. So if this guy from the pic wants another kick, punch etc. I am in!!! Let’s shut their big mouth!!! #letsshuttheirmouth #realsport #talklessfightmore”

Belfort and Bisping headlined UFC on FX 8 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 2013, and “The Phenom” finished the middleweight veteran with a high kick in the second round. Belfort went on to beat Luke Rockhold and Dan Henderson before losing to Weidman, while Bisping racked up a 4-2 record with wins over Alan Belcher, Cung Le, C.B. Dollaway and Thales Leites.
