Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) recently dropped episode three of “Embedded,” part of its week-long buildup to the UFC 252 pay-per-view (PPV) event. That’s where Daniel Cormier will attempt to recapture the heavyweight crown from reigning 265-pound titleholder Stipe Miocic.
Where he will then retire as the greatest UFC heavyweight of all time.
“DC” is already off to a great start, thumping Miocic in the UFC 4 video game, coming Aug. 14 to PlayStation 4 and Xbox ONE consoles. Cormier, 41, beat the firefighting beer spokesman at UFC 226, but coughed up his crown in their UFC 241 rematch.
Also getting some attention on Ep. 3 of “Embedded” are longtime veterans John Dodson and Junior Dos Santos. “The Magician” tangles with bantamweight bruiser Merab Dvalishvili while “Cigano” goes punch-for-punch with heavyweight “Bigi Boy” Jairzinho Rozenstruik.
