One of the biggest combat events of the year will go down tomorrow night (Sun., June 6, 2021) live on Showtime PPV from inside Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Fla., as undefeated boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. meets YouTube sensation Logan Paul in a massive exhibition match.
While the rules for this exhibition match prevent an actual winner from being named Mayweather will still have the opportunity to dismantle Paul, embarrass him in front of millions of people, and show that there are levels to the sport of boxing. It will be Mayweather’s second exhibition match since retiring from professional boxing following his TKO win over Conor McGregor back in 2017.
For Paul, this is a huge opportunity to test his skills against one of the best boxers of all time. The odds of Paul taking out “Money” are staggering, but that doesn’t seem to be wavering the young fighter’s confidence at all. Paul still believes he can shock the combat sports world and become the first fighter to outduel Mayweather inside the squared circle.
On Saturday, the two fighters will step on the stage for ceremonial weigh ins. Mayweather will be giving up around 30 pounds to Paul so it will be interesting to see how they each look. The official ceremonial weigh ins can been seen in the above video player beginning at 5:00 p.m. ET, courtesy of Showtime Sports.
The official ‘Mayweather vs. Paul’ weigh-ins results can be seen below:
