Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held its traditional open workouts earlier today ahead of this weekend’s (Sat., March 7, 2020) UFC 248 pay-per-view (PPV) event, locked and loaded for T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

All of the participants in the night’s main and co-main events were on hand to show off some of their best moves to give fight fans a taste of what’s to come.

For starters, Yoel Romero, who will face current middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya in the main event, showed off his judo throws by tossing one of his trainers around the mat. Also, Weili Zhang, who will defend her women’s strawweight title against Joanna Jedrzejczyk, showed off his her speed and power as she abused the mitts and likely left her training partner with some sore hands afterwards.

As for the Israel Adesanya, who took time out of his workout to hold a kicking contest between two fans two see who had the goods.
