With a pair of titles on the line in the final event in WEC history,
“WEC 53: Henderson vs. Pettis” scored an impressive 0.62 household
rating and an average audience of 615,000 viewers on Versus, MMAjunkie.com confirmed with an industry source.
The ratings figure marks the third-straight WEC event to experience a
gain in viewership, and WEC 53 finishes as the seventh-highest rated
event in the promotion’s history.
