Zane Simon, Connor Ruebusch, & Phil Mackenzie return to once again watch the best of the worst in MMA. This week we’re following through on an old promise to watch some great, short-bad fights. Include Don Frye vs. Yoshihiro Takayama, Frank Mir vs. Todd Duffee, and Anthony Njokuani vs. Chris Horodecki.

The MMA Depressed-us is finally following through on an idea that we’ve had for far too long. It’s time to get away from the terrible three round fights, and take a look at a few terrible one (and two) round fights. Some all time classic bad fights that are just to short to be the kind of slow grinding slog we usually try to subject ourselves too.

Obviously, no all time short, bad-fight show would be complete without the Pride classic between Don Frye and Yoshihiro Takayma. We’ve also got Frank Mir vs. Todd Duffee, Cage Rage’s James McSweeney vs. Robert Paczkow, Jared Brooks vs. Jose Torres, and a WEC banger: Anthony Njokuani vs. Chris Horodecki.

We’re watching everything on Fight Pass, so if you want to join in, just start each video at the beginning as Zane counts it down and you should (hopefully be able to see exactly what we’re talking about).

As always if you enjoyed the show, give it a ‘like’ and subscribe to Bloody Elbow Presents on SoundCloud, iTunes, or YouTube — whichever is your platform of choice. That way you’ll always be among the first to get the latest in BE shows, interviews, and analysis.
