Well, we guess Kim Couture didn’t pick up MMA fighting just to relate to her husband, ’cause Randy Couture divorced her in 2009 and she’s still putting herself out there, despite previously always looking like the pic above and now sometimes looking like this:
Kim will be facing Canadian, Sheila Bird in Calgary at AX Combat “Execution”. Bird holds a (1-0) pro MMA record while Kim Couture has a spotty (3-4) record. Couture’s record seems to alternate between wins and losses so by losing her last fight, she may be due for a win here, but Bird is a 3 year straight FILA Grappling World Champion and the “first Canadian female Black Belt” according to MM-eh. Whatever you think about Kim Couture, she seems bent to challenge herself with real competition. AX Combat “Execution” will take place on July 8th at Calgary Telus Convention Center.
