Press Release – Lemoore, CA – (March 3, 2011) — The weigh-in and pre-fight press conference for Bellator Fighting Championships’ Saturday evening event at the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino will take place FRIDAY at 6:00 p.m. PST at The Den inside the Tachi Palace, 17225 Jersey Avenue Lemoore, CA 93245-9760.

Participants include all 18 competitors in Saturday’s event including former Bellator Welterweight Champion Lyman Good, undefeated former Olympian Rick Hawn, as well as Jay Hieron, Dan Hornbuckle, Brent Weedman, Chris Lozano, Anthony Lapsley, and Jim Wallhead.

The event will be emceed by Bellator cage announcer Michael C. Williams and Bellator color commentator Jimmy Smith.

Press Release – UNCASVILLE, CT (March 2, 2011) – Bellator Fighting Championships will make its fourth trip to Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT for Bellator 39 on Saturday, April 2nd. The action packed card will be headlined by a World Title Fight between Bellator Lightweight World Champion Eddie Alvarez against Season 2 Lightweight Tournament winner Pat Curran.

Doors will open at 7:30pm ET with the first fight happening at 8:00pm ET and the LIVE MTV2 broadcast starting at 9:00pm ET. Bellator 39 will take place in the spacious Mohegan Sun Arena which was host to two Bellator events in Season 1 and one event in Season 2, making it no stranger to world-class mixed martial arts.

Press Release – CHICAGO, Ill. (March 1, 2011) – Bellator Fighting Championships today announced the venue location for Bellator 38 which will take place at the Harrah’s Tunica Hotel and Casino in Tunica Resorts, Mississippi on March 26, 2011. The event will be broadcast LIVE on MTV2.

Tickets for the event will go on sale through Ticketmaster on March 5. Doors open at 4:30pm, with first fight taking place at 5pm. The event will be broadcast at a special time, hitting airwaves LIVE on MTV2 at 7pm EST on March 26.

The Season 4 event will feature the first ever Bellator Light Heavyweight Tournament quarterfinal pairings as well as a host of exciting Local Feature Fights. The event will feature former undefeated NCAA Division I All-American wrestler Nik “The Machete” Fekete, fourth degree BJJ black belt Daniel Gracie of MMA’s royal Gracie family, fast rising Bellator veteran Raphael Davis and many others. Bellator 38 marks the promotion’s first trip to The Magnolia State.
