Gina, The former MMA fighter had questioned the results of the presidential election, which took place on the 4th of November, backing up claims from President Trump which argue the election was rigged.

It is worth noting there is no evidence of any voter fraud taking place across the US election.

Writing to her 450,000+ followers on Twitter, Gina claimed that there was no sufficient laws in place to protect America from voter fraud, calling for fake votes to be ‘flushed out.’

Gina was amongst a group of MMA figures who had also backed up President Trump’s claims of voter fraud.

Joe Biden has been announced as the winner of the election and the next President-elect. Donald Trump has refused to conceded defeat, however he has since admitted that Biden won the election in a tweet.

Gina has also come under fire for her views on Covid-19. She uploaded an image on Twitter which claimed Democratic leaders were asking the public to wear blindfolds as well as masks so the public couldn’t see what was really going on.

The coronavirus has so far claimed over 245,000 deaths in the US, a number which is continuing to rise.

Female mixed martial arts pioneer, Gina Carano has been involved in notable exchanges on her official Twitter recently, amid a gender pronoun and transphobic storm.

The 38-year-old has received huge backlash on the social media platform, with her username on Twitter now listed as, ‘Gina Carano boop/bop/beep’. The Dallas, Texas native engaged with multiple users over the previous eighteen hours, with many calling her transphobic, for her apparent mocking of gender pronouns.

Responding to Joe Pags Pagliarulo on Twitter recently, Carano claims she has been “harassed for months” by the “woke world” – before explaining how she’s not transphobic.

“They’re mad cuz (sic) I won’t put pronouns in my bio to show my support for trans lives. After months of harassing me in every way. I decided to put 3 VERY controversial words in my bio.. beep/bop/boop I’m not against trans lives at all. They need to find a less abusive representation.“

Carano, who ended her professional mixed martial arts career back in August 2009 in a knockout loss to Cris Cyborg in the inaugural Strikeforce featherweight title clash, has recently featured on the Disney+ television programe, Star Wars: The Mandalorian, where she plays the role of Carasynthia ‘Cara’ Dune.

With a 7-1 professional record, Carano is noted as one of the original pioneers of female mixed martial arts, making her professional debut in June 2006. In career highlight victories, Carano has overcome fellow mainstays, Rosi Sexton, Julie Kedzie, Tonya Evinger, and longtime Invicta FC feature, Kaitlin Young.

Carano was briefly linked with a move to the UFC in late 2014 – with a matchup alongside the then-dominant bantamweight champion, Ronda Rousey targeted. Ultimately talks on the deal began to stall, with the matching failing to come to fruition, with Carano failing to make a professional appearance under active competition since her 2009 defeat to current Bellator 145-pound best, Cyborg.

MMA pioneer turned movie star Gina Carano has angrily reacted to Instagram removing one of her photos.

Carano caused a stir this past weekend when she posted a nude photograph to her followers. Alongside the image (which can be viewed here), she wrote the following caption. “I find freedom sexy. I find freedom so sexy, I can’t even explain it to you. You wake up every day and feel like you can do anything.”

While many fans and peer were supportive, BJJ coach Renzo Gracie was far from happy and Carano put some clothes on, he said. “Put some clothes on… you don’t need it.. you are among the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen.. That makes you unique.. there’s no need for sex pics… you are the most beautiful woman that walk around. Simple as that.”

Since then Instagram have decided to take down the former Strikeforce champions picture and she believe that is bullsh*t.

“So that’s what it’s like to be censored for no reason. Pic was taken down by Instagram. There’s much more important news today but that was some classic bullshit. The whole post was about freedom of expression. Violating zero rules. Ironic. Feels like I graduated. Thanks Karen,” Carano wrote on Twitter.

So exactly what rules did Carano’s picture break? We checked out the Instagram community guidelines and the below sub-section explains the company’s policy on nudity, it reads.

“We know that there are times when people might want to share nude images that are artistic or creative in nature, but for a variety of reasons, we don’t allow nudity on Instagram. This includes photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks. It also includes some photos of female nipples, but photos of post-mastectomy scarring and women actively breastfeeding are allowed. Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures is OK, too.”

MMA pioneer turned Hollywood actress Gina Carano posted a nude photo to her social media last night much to the annoyance of renowned jiu-jitsu coach Renzo Gracie.

Carano is a former featherweight champion with Strikeforce and ended her career 7-1 – only losing to one of the greats in Cris Cyborg. Since walking away from the sport in 2009 Carano has enjoyed massive success on the big screen. The 38-year-old has starred in Fast and Furious 6, Deadpool, and can be currently be seen in Star Wars: The Mandalorian series.

Last night she took to Instagram to post a tastefully nude photo alongside the following quote from the late singer Prince.

“I find freedom sexy. I find freedom so sexy I can’t even explain it to you. You wake up every day and feel like you can do anything.”

While the majority of her fans and peers showered Carano with compliments one particular BJJ coach was not happy with what he was seeing. Former UFC fighter Gracie let his feelings be known in the comments, he wrote.

“Put some clothes on… you don’t need it.. you are among the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen.. That makes you unique.. there’s no need for sex pics… you are the most beautiful woman that walk around. Simple as that.”
