When it comes to jiu-jitsu instructional videos, former UFC ring girl Edith Labelle is the spoonful of sugar that makes the medicine go down. Earlier this year we gawked at her sexy kimura transitions for MMA Candy, and now the curvy Canuck is back with a new set of clips that straddle the line between grappling and groping. (“Groppling”?)
In the clip above, Edith demonstrates the half-guard shoulder roll, while her glorious breasts are rudely woman-handled by her training partner Angela. (0:55, 1:04, 1:45, and 1:53, you guys. See, I did the research for you.) By the way, that shoulder-roll thing is the most hilariously impractical transition I’ve seen outside of a Redneck Jiu Jitsu video…and yet I could watch this stuff all day.

Since she was fired from UFC ring girl duty in 2009, Edith LaBelle has popped up here and there, in appearances as rare and glorious as Bigfoot sightings. Frankly, we miss the little knucklehead.
Luckily, the geniuses at MMA Candy — who previously brought us “this chick with the huge cans will teach you how to pass guard” and “why does that blonde girl have the gun from Predator?” — have gotten some quality time with the curvaceous French-Canadian. Watch as Edith and her lovely assistant take us through some kimura transitions that you can turn into finishing moves, as long as your partner isn’t putting up much of a fight.
