I had seen this photo at MMAWeekly.com but it was a much smaller picture and not quite as striking. When BloodyElbow.com posted it in full size on their site, it really caught my eye. There is so much to be said about this photo with a young fighter like Jon Jones excited about getting a title shot, and the older veteran Mauricio “Shogun” Rua eyeing up his next opponent.
Rua said “I’m a professional.” Sure looks like he’s all business to me.

Silva stopped Belfort at 3:25 of the first round to earn the knockout victory at UFC 126. The front kick, which he credited to Steven Seagal, earned him an extra $75,000 for the “Knockout of the Night” bonus.
“Steven Seagal helped me perfect that kick. That was a kick we were working on before I stepped in. This was a kick that I trained a lot.”
His next fight could see him in a ‘Super-Fight’ with UFC welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre, who will have to beat Jake Shields at UFC 129 in April first before the two superstars meet.
