Vitor Petrino may not have gotten the win at UFC Tampa, but he earned himself a new fan in strawweight standout Angela Hill.

Coming off a first-round submission loss against Anthony ‘Lionheart’ Smith in May, Petrino was determined to close out his 2024 with a bang and climb back into the win column. Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be after Dustin Jacoby blasted him with an earth-shattering right hook that sent him crashing to the canvas with little more than a minute to go in their fight.

Angela Hill appreciates Petrino’s ‘Jiggle Physics’

While Petrino may have suffered one of the more brutal knockouts on the night, ‘Overkill’ couldn’t help but show her appreciation for the Brazilian’s gluteus maximus.

“But I just wanted to mention, Petrino’s booty is bodacious,” Hill said on her 2 Straws podcast with Jessica Penne. “Oh, what is that guy eating? What am I missing out on? Damn, girl. Girl, I am a fan of a booty, okay?

“This is another video game reference. Remember when they first started adding, um, just like the jiggle of different body parts in fighting games? And like the volleyball game and stuff? He had jiggle physics going crazy on his butt cheeks.”

After amassing an 11-0 record in mixed martial arts, Petrino is now sitting on back-to-back losses inside the Octagon. On the bright side, he’s got himself a pretty big fan in Hill — even if she just likes him for his derrière donut.

Dustin Jacoby has just pulled off an absolute shocker of a result.

Jacoby needed just one punch to pull off a third-round knockout of Vitor Petrino during the main card of UFC Tampa.

The fight featured plenty of back and forth from both men. They looked to stay patient, but the Brazilian was arguably landing the more effective strikes.

But just when it looked like he would get his hand raised in a decision, “The Hanyak” changed things out of nowhere, landing a perfectly timed right hand to knock Petrino out cold.

Fans reacted to the brutal result, with many comparing the manner of it to Kamaru Usman’s one-shot KO of Jorge Masvidal in 2021.

After going 6-0-1 to start his UFC career following an appearance on Dana White’s Contender Series, Jacoby had lost four of five entering UFC Tampa and was likely fighting for his job.

Petrino, after an 11-0 start to his professional MMA career, has now lost back-to-back fights. He was finished by Anthony Smith earlier this year at UFC 301.

Back in the winner’s enclosure in a big way tonight on the main card of UFC 301, former light heavyweight title challenger, Anthony Smith has handed Vitor Petrino his first professional loss on enemy territory, submitting the Brazilian with a hasty guillotine.

Smith, a former light heavyweight title challenger, had been sidelined since he suffered a one-sided knockout loss to incoming UFC 303 co-headliner, Khalil Rountree back in December of last year.

And weighing up a future title charge with emerging rival, Alex Pereira — the incumbent champion at the light heavyweight limit, Smith kickstarted one potential final run at the weight class tonight against the highly-touted, Petrino.

Admittedly struggling with the power of Petrino early in the first round, Nebraska managed to lock up a surprisingly taut guillotine choke on the Brazilian — who inadvertently slammed himself deeper into the choke, before tapping to the veteran former title challenger.

Claiming earlier this week how he had been obsessed with his goal of landing light heavyweight spoils, Smith explained how he may have one final run to a title under his belt.
