A minor Twitter fire broke out Tuesday morning after several reports started coming in that former UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo had been injured and would not face Frankie Edgar at UFC 200.
The two are set to meet as part of the July 9 card from Las Vegas to crown an interim champion.
While most of the reports came from unlikely sources, one tried to clear it all up.
Just confirmed that Jose Aldo IS NOT injuried and he will face Frankie Edgar at #UFC200. He's doing sparring right now, by the way. #UFC
