The Ultimate Fighting Championship is about to kick off it’s first event in Toronto, Ontario with UFC 129: St-Pierre vs. Shields.
The event takes place at the Rogers Centre in downtown Toronto and starts one hour early with the pay-per-view beginning at 9PM EST (6PM PST). Also featured tonight, fans can watch the first five preliminary bouts on the promotions Facebook.com/UFC page starting at 6PM EST (3PM PST). Two more fights will air live on Spike TV at 8PM EST (7PM PST).
Tonight features two title bouts in the welterweight and featherweight divisions. Champion Georges St-Pierre defends his title against challenger Jake Shields, while Jose Aldo makes his debut when he defeneds his UFC title for the first time against Canadian Mark Hominick.
