UFC President Dana White praises the Pennsylvania Sate Athletic Commission for their work at last weekends UFC on Versus 4 event in Pittsburgh, specifically the missed call in the Charles Oliveira vs. Nik Lentz bout. That fight ended with Oliveira securing a rear-naked choke submission, but the PSAC has since overturned that result to a “No Contest”.
White blames the failure to legislate mixed martial arts in New York on the Culinary Union due to their issues with his partners, the Fertitta brothers.
The UFC Pres says Nate Marquardt wasn’t “innocent” and that is why he didn’t pass the medicals. White adds that this wasn’t the first time ‘The Great’ has had troubles like this.
Lastly, he is asked to preview this weekends UFC 132 event in Las Vegas.
