UFC on Versus 6 displayed some of the best fights of the entire year including a five-round title fight between Dominick Cruz and Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson.
At the end of the evening, Cruz saw his hand raised in front of a jam-packed Verizon Center crowd at the nation’s capitol, giving Johnson the second loss of his career.
Other main card fighters who left Washington, DC defeated were Mac Danzig, Charlie Brenneman and Pat Barry.
For the losers, some fighters will simply have to bounce back, while others may find their UFC run in jeopardy.
