Brock Lesnar entered the sport of mixed martial arts in June of 2007, where he captured the first win of his career.
Lesnar would later go on to be declared the UFC heavyweight champion by defeating UFC legend Randy Couture at UFC 91 via technical knockout in November of ’08.
However, Lesnar would later go on to be stripped of his prized possession when he was dethroned by Cain Velasquez at UFC 121, losing by technical knockout from punches in October of last year.
Following the loss, Lesnar would endure a lengthy time of sickness as he battled with a disease known as diverticulitis, and one of the lowest points of his life.
Lesnar has overcome the sickness and will return to the Octagon to take on UFC newcomer Alistair Overeem on December 30th, 2011 at UFC 141.
Despite finally making it to the top of the sports world, Lesnar has gone through many experiences along the way.

It has recently been released that Lesnar’s book, Death Clutch will be hitting stores on June 6th, 2012 and can be purchased on paperback.
Lesnar gives fans a sneak peak of his highly anticipated book by sharing a small summary of what his book is all about.
“Fans can expect the truth out of this book. This is a tell all book. There’s things that I discuss starting with my childhood and I go on to my mom and my dad. People who meant a lot to me and helped me in my career.”
Lesnar went into a bit more into detail, sharing:
“It goes through my University of Minnesota years to the WWE years. The Vince McMahon era. The Vikings era. The wrestling in Japan to present time in the UFC.”
