As the holiday season quickly approaches, former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has a serious message for shoppers.

Don’t buy bad gifts.

In this humorous public service announcement for Boost Mobile’s holiday campaign, Jackson speaks about “bad gift disorder,” or BGD, of which he claims he suffers from.

Jackson wants to make sure that those who suffer from BGD know how to deal with the “symptoms” so that they do not fly off the handle when they receive a present they do not particularly want.

In the video above, an apparent younger version of Jackson can be seen getting a bad gift, which makes him go crazy. He decimates a Christmas tree and performs his trademarked wolf howl.

Jackson has been a long-time partner of Boost Mobile, having appeared in numerous comedic ads for the cell phone company in the past.

As for Jackson the fighter, he is coming off a failed title shot against current UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones at UFC 135. Jones submitted Jackson in the fourth round with a rear-naked choke, marking the first time he has ever been finished in the UFC.

As the former champion awaits his next opponent, possibly during the UFC’s return to Japan, fans will have to settle with watching Jackson in what is sure to be more humorous ads to come.
