Vitor Belfort Says Anthony Johnson Will “Face A Lion” At UFC 142

Former UFC champion Vitor ‘The Phenom’ Belfort was chosen as one of the coaches for the first international “The Ultimate Fighter” reality series, which is set to take place in Brazil this coming spring. First though, Belfort has to step into the Octagon on January 14th at UFC 142 against Anthony Johnson, who makes his middleweight debut.

What is your expectation for Anthony Johnson, he trains with several Brazilians, how do you think he comes to this fight?
Belfort: I’m not worried, I’m worried about what I have to do. He will face a lion, the lion will be hungry for victory and that night I’ll be the one with the arm raised.
How will it be with the crowd in your favor?
Belfort: It will be wonderful, I will use the crowd as Super Fuel.
