UFC on FOX 2: Lavar Johnson Earns “Knockout Of The Night”

Former Strikeforce heavyweight Lavar ‘Big’ Johnson had stepped into the Octagon for the first time on a two fight loosing streak last night in the opening televised bout on FUEL TV against Joey Beltran on the preliminary card of UFC on FOX 2. Johnson would end the fight at 4:24 of the opening round by becoming the first fighter to ever stop Beltran by knockout. For that, Johnson received $65,000 for “Knockout of the Night”.
