Jake Shields Move Up To Middleweight May Only Last One Bout According To Fighter

Former Strikeforce middleweight champ, and UFC welterweight contender, Jake Shields is returning to the 185-lbs division for at least one bout. The Cesar Gracie fighter is currently bulking up for that middleweight return and is unsure if the move up is permanent or not. Shields also offers some thoughts on possible fights with Rousmar Palhares, Jon Fitch, Chael Sonnen and Anderson Silva.
