UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones is fed up with the trash talk of his next opponent, Dan Henderson, and decided to fire back on Tuesday in an interview with MMA Fighting

When asked if “Hendo” will present any challenges he hasn’t seen yet, Jones responded, “I feel as if he’s an older, slower version of Rashad Evans.”

“Bones” admits that he was a fan who respected the former PRIDE superstar, but that changed when the 41-year-old decided to take shots at him to hype their UFC 151 title fight.

“I just expected so much more out of him,” Jones said in the interview with MMA Fightning. “He’s an older, more respectable guy. He’s a guy’s guy. I was a fan of his. But he doesn’t respect me, so now, I have no respect for him, and I’m going to show that the night of the fight.”

Henderson has earned a title shot on the strength of four consecutive wins, including 2011’s Fight of the Year against Mauricio “Shogun” Rua at UFC 139.

Meanwhile, Jones has successfully defeated four former champions in 2011, winning the title from Shogun before defending the belt against Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, Lyoto Machida and Evans.

In the midst of the upcoming light heavyweight title fight, Henderson’s long-time friend and teammate, Chael Sonnen, has attacked Jones on Twitter and was quoted at length in a UFC-issued press release praising Hendo

Will the tag team of Sonnen and Henderson be able to get inside Jones’ head and score the upset, or will Jones look as impressive as he’s ever been in his fourth consecutive title defense?
