And the exodus continues. As Strikeforce prepares to draw down the curtain after its Jan. 12 event, new UFC fight announcements and fighter entrances are coming in bunches. The latest is Canadian welterweight Jordan Mein, who is set to meet Dan Miller at UFC 158 in Montreal.

UFC.com and the Canadian Press originally broke the news Friday night. Mein is 26-8 overall and a winner in eight of his last nine, despite being only 23 years old. His only loss in the past two years came to Tyron Woodley, who himself made the leap to the UFC on Wednesday.

Miller (14-6-1) will fight for the first time since his two-year-old son Danny underwent successful kidney transplant surgery to combat polycystic kidney disease. He is 1-2 in his last three bouts inside the Octagon.

Mein is known mainly for his tight and dangerous standup game, which has earned him 14 knockout or technical knockout wins in his career. In his last fight, Mein took a 90-second TKO win over Forrest Petz in the Score Fighting Series promotion.

New Jersey native Miller, brother of UFC lightweight contender Jim Miller, is primarily a submission grappler, with nine of his pro wins coming by tapout. He holds a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

So far, all four confirmed bouts for UFC 158 are happening in the welterweight division. The scheduled main event pits champion and Montreal native Georges St-Pierre against rival Nick Diaz. Farther down the card, Johny Hendricks—considered a top contender by many observers after he knocked out Martin Kampmann in November—will risk his presumed next-in-line status against fellow power striker Jake Ellenberger.

The UFC 158 card also includes a hotly anticipated rematch between fast-rising Canadian phenom Rory MacDonald and the only man to ever beat him: former interim title holder Carlos Condit.
