As UFC star Ronda Rousey continues to add to her resume, she has made it known that there is one role she would love to take on should the movie ever be made.

In a recent interview with GameSpot’s Mat Paget, Rousey was asked if there was a video game she would like to see turned into a movie with her as the star. As it turned out, there was.

“I’ve always wanted to be Samus,” Rousey said. “That would be badass. I love how people found out later that it was a hot chick on the inside. And then most of the day you’re in a suit, so you can just hang out and eat donuts and be the star of Metroid. I hope they make a movie out of that.”

Rousey has already shown that she can handle herself both in the Octagon and on the big screen. The 29-year-old fighter has credits in films such as Entourage and Furious 7, and she is currently working on a remake of Road House.

Maybe Rousey mentioning her desire to be in the potential movie will get some people in Hollywood to consider making her dream a reality. Hey, it never hurts to throw an idea out there.

Last summer, Marine Lance Corporal Jarrod Haschert asked Ronda Rousey to the Marine Corps Ball. While random requests such as that tend to go unaddressed, the UFC star responded and accepted the invitation.

Having suffered a rough loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193 not long before, the ball was exactly what Rousey needed.

Rousey stayed true to her word even after losing the fight and attended December’s ball with Haschert. As much fun as they had during the night’s main event, perhaps the most entertaining part of their evening came after the ball, when they went to Hooters.

During a recent appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the 29-year-old UFC star revealed she got into an amusing argument with one of the workers at the restaurant—about herself. As the employee praised the fighter, Rousey had fun ripping herself before ultimately revealing she was just messing around. The result: free wings.

Workouts like these have some people accusing Jon “Bones” Jones of taking steroids.

However, rather than being offended, the UFC star takes those claims as compliments. Those accusations only come about because he is capable of some pretty crazy things.

Jones recently captured a before-and-after shot of his body, leading some fans to wonder if the 28-year-old fighter has been using performance-enhancing drugs:

In his latest workout clip, Jones showed off his incredible strength by lifting 600 pounds. Along with the video, he posted a message to his critics:

600lb rack pull Pulling it off the ground in two weeks #Mission600 @mr_nfp #TeamGat #GAINS The fact that people are accusing me of doing steroids makes me feel amazing it’s actually a huge compliment to my trainers and I would never in 1 million years.. #Hardwork #Dedication Send the #athleticcommission #thuglife

Jones casually hinted that he might be fighting on April 23, and according to him, he has gotten in tip-top shape the natural way.

When a sporting event produces an unbelievable result, it deserves to get recreated in as many different ways as possible.

Holly Holm’s stunning upset of Ronda Rousey at UFC 193 on Saturday night is certainly worthy of those special honors.

In one recreation, music producer and game designer Richie Branson used Street Fighter IV. It’s not a blow-by-blow remake of the fight, but it does sum up how it ended—with Holm’s vicious knockout kick.
