WWE fans may not have seen the last of Brock Lesnar.

In an interview with ESPN’s Jon Robinson, the former UFC heavyweight champion talked about the possibility of pulling out the old pro-wrestling tights and stepping back into the squared circle.

“I think I will. I think under the right circumstances I will. I think if Vince McMahon and I were able to sit down at the same dinner table and break some bread that we could come up with some kind of game plan,” Lesnar replied when asked if he would return to the WWE for one more match.

Lesnar departed from the WWE in 2004 to pursue a career in professional football. He got the opportunity to try out for the Minnesota Vikings, but the team ended up cutting him towards the end of the preseason.

After getting cut, Lesnar returned to the world of professional wrestling in Japan. This stint lasted for about a year before Lesnar’s thirst for real competition caught up to him.

Leaning on his wrestling background, Lesnar decided to enter the world of MMA. With his freakish size and NCAA Division I Wrestling Title, Lesnar ascended to the top of the heavyweight ranks, defeating MMA legend Randy Couture in November 2008 for the UFC title.

“At the end of the day, I’m an ultimate fighter. That’s who I am and that’s who I’ll always be. I was an entertainer, but at the end of the day, I’m still as real as it gets. I think a lot of things have to fall in the right places for something like that to happen,” said Lesnar.

WWE fans will get a chance to play as Lesnar in the upcoming “WWE 12” video game.

As for MMA fans, the former champion is scheduled to make his octagon return in a blockbuster fight against former Strikeforce heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem on Dec. 30 at UFC 141.
