Another day, another injury in the UFC. This time it’s T.J. Dillashaw, who was set to face off against Mike Easton at UFC on Fox 5 in December. Dillashaw went down with an injury and Bryan Caraway, another competitor on the same season of The Ultimate Fighter, has stepped up to replace him.
Caraway will now face off against Mike Easton on the preliminary card of UFC on Fox 5. Caraway comes into the fight on a three-fight win streak—including two straight finishes, both by rear-naked choke, in the UFC. This will be his second fight in the bantamweight division, following his win over Mitch Gagnon.
Easton is on an eight-fight winning streak, with four finishes and three straight wins in the UFC. He also holds a win over The Ultimate Fighter 14 winner and No. 1 flyweight contender John Dodson.
UFC on Fox 5 goes down from the KeyArena in Seattle on December 8, live and free on Fox.
