Quarantine didn’t stop Cejudo from getting in tremendous shape.

The Coronavirus pandemic led to many changes in Henry Cejudo’s training camp, including a switch in opponent from Jose Aldo to Dominick Cruz. After posting before and after photos from his 12-week training camp, it looks like quarantine and lockdown didn’t stop the two-division champ from getting in tremendous shape.

“I really don’t know the difference between being in camp or Covid-19 quarantine,” Cejudo wrote on social media. “But I will say this, I’m out to seek and destroy!”

According to Neuro Force One, this is “the most well conditioned Henry Cejudo to date,” as they offered some statistics on the UFC champion’s body transformation. Cejudo’s lean body mass increased from 128.7 to 132.5, while his body fat mass dropped from 25.4 to 18.1.

As he completes camp and starts his weight cut for the event, Cejudo’s total body fat percentage will be at 12%, which is down from starting camp at 16.5%.

Cejudo is currently a -196 favorite over the former bantamweight champion in Cruz, who took the fight on relatively-short notice and hasn’t fought since 2016.
