Chael Sonnen and Michael Bisping both grappled to a draw in the inaugural UR Fight show this past weekend. The rules were the same as a standard 3-round MMA fight. However, it was a pure grappling match and the only way to win was by submission.
Both competitors went the distance and the match was declared a draw. The first couple of rounds consisted of a lot of hand fighting.
Bisping is recently coming off his biggest win of his career over Anderson Silva. Meanwhile, Sonnen is serving a PED suspension that was handed down to him in 2014. Rumors have been speculating that the “American Gangster” may make a possible comeback in the distant future. Watch the highlights of the grappling bout here.
