Several fighters—including some winners—are facing lengthy medical suspensions following UFC 190, held Saturday in Rio de Janeiro.

Brazil’s athletic commission overseeing MMA, CABMMA, released the full list of suspensions Monday, according to a report from MMA Junkie

In the pay-per-view opener, Claudia Gadelha defeated the debuting Jessica Aguilar in a bout that probably determined the next title challenger in the UFC women’s strawweight division. Gadelha defeated Aguilar by decision, but both suffered injury setbacks as a result of the bout; each faces a 180-day suspension (Gadelha for her hand, Aguilar for her nose) unless she is medical cleared beforehand.

That means a rematch between Gadelha and champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk could be six months, or even further, away.

Patrick Cummins bested Rafael Cavalcante at UFC 190 for arguably the biggest win of his career. However, he took a beating in the process from the hard-hitting Cavalcante and is looking at a 180-day suspension for a fractured nose.

Reginaldo Vieira, who won the bantamweight bracket of The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil‘s fourth season with his decision win over Dileno Lopes, also received a 180-day suspensionalso because of a broken nose. Lopes received the exact same suspension.
