MMA H.E.A.T.’s Karyn Bryant talks with UFC flyweight Joseph Benavidez, minutes after he instructed her and other media members in the basics of jiu-jitsu at the TUF gym in Las Vegas. Joseph gives his opinion on how well the media did in the workout, and why he thinks it was a good idea to have them train with UFC fighters. The conversation moves to the flyweights and his upcoming fight with Demetrious Johnson to determine the first-ever UFC champ in that division. Joseph lets us know why he thinks it will be a good fight, how he felt about Johnson’s second win over McCall and who he thinks looks better in the little green fight shorts.
