Mixed martial arts (MMA) powerhouse and female statesman Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino will make her Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) debut at UFC 198 on May 14 opposite brave Bantamweight Leslie Smith at a catchweight of 140 pounds.
However, despite the steep test in front of her in her inaugural Octagon appearance, Justino still has her eyes set on former UFC women’s Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, who has taken a hiatus from competition after losing her belt to Holly Holm via second-round knockout at UFC 193.
The Brazilian knockout artist recently took to social media to once again state her willingness to battle “Rowdy.”
Remember when @RondaRousey said you have to come to the champ? How about we compromise. 140 super fight for the fans https://t.co/5VW8mnYDO0

In reality, the promotion is going to do everything in its power to schedule a rematch between Rousey and Holm before anything else, which is a matchup that could easily take place at UFC 205 in New York City.
But, if UFC really wants to take advantage of Rousey’s limited future in the sport, a superfight with “Cyborg” must be made. Rousey already has a massive following in Brazil and she remains the quickest route for Justino to break out in mainstream America.
