Uuufgghhhh! You guys want the good news or the bad news first?

Wow you guys are downers! The bad news: Dan Hardy is injured and out of his April 20th fight. Heal quickly, Outlaw!

And now the good news: “@UFC_CA: our own Jordan @fightingmeins is in for the injured Dan Hardy and will fight Matt Brown at @ufconfox 7”

UFC on Fox: Henderson vs. Melendez (aka UFC on Fox 7) is expected to take place on April 20, 2013 at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, California.

Mein debuted in the Octagon this past weekend in Montreal, stopping opponent Dan Miller by first round TKO to earn his third straight match. The victory gives Mein a 9-1 record over his last ten matches. The former Strikeforce fighter was 2-1 with that promotion, losing to Tyron Woodley by split decision.

Brown has won four straight and is 5-1 in his last six matches. ‘The Immortal’ picked up a second round knockout last December in Seattle with a KO finish of Mike Swick at the UFC on FOX 5 event. Other wins include victories against Luis Ramos, Stephen Thompson and Chris Cope.
