Right now, all Dan Henderson is thinking about is Michael Bisping.

Henderson, a champion everywhere he’s gone except the UFC, gets another chance to wear gold inside the Octagon when he takes on Bisping for the middleweight belt Saturday at UFC 204.

And regardless of what happens, “Hendo” claims this is it.

“It would take a lot for me to come out of retirement and keep going,” he said while appearing on UFC Tonight. “I’m very comfortable with my decision to have this be my last fight.”

Back at UFC 100, Henderson put together a highlight-reel showing when he knocked Bisping clean out. The two had become bitter rivals from their time coaching on The Ultimate Fighter.

Since that fight, it is Bisping who has reached the top of the mountain, while Henderson has had his fair share of ups and downs.

“I’ve been focused on the opportunity in front of me in training camp to prepare to beat Michael Bisping and get that belt,” he said. “I haven’t been emotional. I’ve been focused on what I need to do and get it done.”
