Ronda Rousey is no stranger to street fights. Just ask the two guys that went crying to the police after having their butts handed to them in a movie theatre by the judo master.

UFC President Dana White recently told EsNewsReporting.com the tale:

Listen, this is a true story. [Ronda] got into a street fight with two huge guys in a movie theatre. She hurt them both so bad they went to the police department and filed charges against her, when they’re the ones that started the fight with her. That was before she started fighting. That was when she was doing judo alone.

By now, you’ve probably heard Rousey’s epic account of the theatre brawl that landed her into hot water with the law. If not, she recently recounted the story during an appearance on Power 106 FM.

We’ve all encountered that loud and obnoxious group in the theatre. Most people typically turn the other cheek and repay the rudeness by ignoring it.

But we all know the UFC women’s bantamweight champ isn’t like most people.

While attending the movie Juno, a girl seated behind Rousey put her feet up on the back of Rousey’s chair. She even nudged Rousey in the head with her shoe at one point. The girl came to the theatre with her boyfriend and three other couples, whose boisterous behavior drew the ire of the entire theatre.

Rousey asked the girl to stop several times, but this group’s fun wasn’t about to be halted by some 5’7″ blonde. The girl responded by giving Rousey a dirty look and resuming her head-nudging game.

After the movie ended, Rousey snatched off the girl’s shoe and threw it across the theatre, telling the girl to “get some manners.” Two men from the group cornered Rousey and ordered her to go get the shoe. When Rousey refused, a shoving match took place before all hell finally broke lose.

According to Rousey, she punched one of the men several times in the face before throwing the other attacker to the ground. The group was so obnoxious during the movie that everyone in the theatre stood and applauded Rousey during the brief scuffle.

Both men attempted to press charges after the incident, claiming Rousey punched one of the girls in the group. But Rousey was quickly absolved from any wrongdoing once law enforcement pieced the incident together.

In White’s eyes, this incident is one of many that confirms his belief that Rousey is the baddest woman on the planet. He even went as far as picking her in a street fight or MMA bout against undefeated boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr.

“In a boxing match, Floyd beats her all day long. In a street fight or in the Octagon, she hurts him bad,” said White. “[Pointing at random guys] She’d take this whole line out.”

The “first rule of fight club” should be to never underestimate that cute blonde at the movie theatre, especially if her name is Ronda Rousey.
