We are just hours away from UFC 237 later tonight (Sat., May 11, 2019) live on ESPN+ PPV from inside Jeunesse Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The main event of the evening will be an enticing showdown between UFC women’s strawweight champion Rose Namajunas and divisional powerhouse Jessica Andrade. This will be Namajunas second-straight title defense and her first career fight outside of the United States.

In the co-main event, former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva will compete in front of his home crowd of Brazil for the first time since 2012 when he locks horns with rising knockout artist Jared Cannonier. The main card will also feature a crucial featherweight showdown between former titleholder Jose Aldo and streaking contender Alexander Volkanovski.

In preparation for the impending Octagon action, the promotion has released the latest and greatest episode of UFC 237 “Embedded,” which can be seen in the above video player. This time around the action focuses on last-second preparations, final weight cuts, ceremonial weigh ins, and an onstage rose exchange between the main event participants.

From the official YouTube description:

On Episode 6 of UFC 237 Embedded, former middleweight champion Anderson Silva cuts weight in a wetsuit, and opponent Jared Cannonier passes the time playing video games. Everyone hits their target weight Friday morning, and the stars of the main card face off one more time in front of fans at ceremonial weigh-ins. After former featherweight champion Jose Aldo stares down Alexander Volkanovski, strawweight title challenger Jessica Andrade makes UFC history when she gets champion Rose Namajunas to crack a smile. UFC 237 Embedded is an all-access, behind-the-scenes video blog leading up to the world strawweight title fight taking place Saturday, May 11th on Pay-Per-View on ESPN+.
