The restraining order filed against Tony Ferguson for alleged domestic abuse earlier this week by his wife, Christina, has officially been granted by a judge, according to a recent report by TMZ.

As a result of the court’s decision, Ferguson will now be ordered to stay 100 yards away from his wife and 2-year-old son, who was allegedly abducted by “El Cucuy” and kept for six days. Police have been ordered to return Ferguson’s son to his mother, who has been granted full custody.

Christina, who previously stated that Ferguson is still a “good husband and good father” despite all of the allegations, provided more disturbing details pertaining to Tony’s recent behavior in the court documents obtained by TMZ. According to Christina, the former interim UFC champion has been “acting violent, paranoid and delusional for the past several months,” which eventual led to Ferguson pushing his wife and taking their son.

“[His] erratic behavior is getting worse and more frightening,” claimed Ferguson’s wife per the court documents. ”I am afraid that during one of [his] episodes [he] will kill me, our son and/or himself.”

Christina, who claims that “El Cucuy” believed someone lived in their walls and that he had a computer chip implanted in his leg, also provided the following photo to the court that was taken after one of Ferguson’s several documented outbursts that required a home visit from police:

Ferguson, 35, has yet to be arrested or charged with an official crime.

Remember, “El Cucuy” was asked to return to the Octagon at UFC 236 next month to challenge Max Holloway for the interim UFC lightweight championship, but ultimately turned it down. UFC president Dana White recently revealed that Ferguson was going through “personal issues” and wasn’t sure when he’d return to action.
