Former two-time Ring of Combat Champion Gian Villante (7-1) prepares to make his Strikeforce debut this Saturday against Chad Griggs as part of the Strikeforce heavyweight tournament Reserve bout. Both men will fight on Feb. 12 as part of the televised card for Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Silva at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, NJ.
Villante has fought exclusively for Ring of Combat over his eight fight career and has fought at both light heavyweight and heavyweight with the organization.
