During her appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” earlier this month, Ronda Rousey made the claim that she “really believes she’s still undefeated,” a comment that the legitimately undefeated UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion claims to be “OK” with.

Rousey told Ellen during her appearance on the show:

“I really do believe I’m still undefeated because being defeated is a choice. Everyone has losses in their life, but I choose to always be undefeated.”

Holly Holm, who actually is undefeated in MMA, offered the following response to MMAWeekly.com:

“I feel like, that’s OK with me. Maybe that’s something that is coming out of her mouth that doesn’t really want to fully take in everything. I know for me any loss that I’ve had I look at it like, it is a very, very hard thing to swallow. But you gotta be honest with yourself.”

“Maybe she needs to feel like she’s undefeated and on top and that’s OK for me.”

Holm makes the first defense of her UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship against Miesha Tate in the co-main event of UFC 196: McGregor vs. Diaz on Saturday, March 5th at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
