Former UFC and Strikeforce fighter Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller (28-9) has been officially charged by the Orange County District Attorney for vandalism following an incident last month at a Mission Hills Church in Mission Viejo, California.

A spokesman for the Orange County District Attorney’s office, Farrah Emami, notified MMAjunkie.com of the charge today.

On August 13, the Sheriff’s office was called to the Mission Hills Baptist Church after a possible break-in. Once inside, the officers “found the first and second floors covered in white fire extinguisher spray. Cops say the place was also trashed — scattered CDs, books, and broken pictures.”

‘Mayhem’ was released the next day on a $20,000 bond and has been arraigned for November 21, 2012 where Miller will have to enter a “guilty” or “not guilty” plea.
