Movie star Jean-Claude Van Damme released this video recently on Facebook congratulating his friend Georges St-Pierre for his recent UFC 154 victory over Carlos Condit. Van Damme shows off some footage of him and the French-Canadian trading tips on front kicks. The black tape on the back of Van Damme is athletic performance tape if anyone was wondering.
