Khabib Nurmagomedov believes viral sensation Hasbulla has a genuine chance to become a billionaire if he relocates to the United States.
“He has to go to the US, all the big sports stars know him there, he’s very popular,” Nurmagomedov said in a recent interview with Red Corner MMA. “He has to move for a couple of years to the US and become a billionaire. Minimum he can become a millionaire.”
Khabib Nurmagomedov Doesn’t Want To See Hasbulla vs. Abdu Rozik
Hasbulla became world-famous after a mock fight press conference between him and Abdu Rozik, who also suffers from the same rare type of dwarfism, was uploaded to YouTube.
The two teenagers have continued to take public shots at one another in an effort to build up a potential fight. Hasbulla and Rozik even came to blow at UFC 267 back in October.
Nurmagomedov doesn’t want to see Hasbulla vs. Rozik and would prefer to see the two men make peace and link up for charity fundraisers.
“Honestly, I don’t want to make this fight [with Abdu Rozik]. I don’t support this idea,” Khabib said. “I don’t think this is a good idea. They’re both big names, they can create some good things if they become friends.
“If I had a choice, I’m going to make them friends. Maybe do some good charity things [together], they can become ambassadors for charity funds… but I don’t want to see this fight. We have enough fighting around the world. Peace is better than war.”
‘The Eagle’ revealed that Hasbulla has a lucrative offer from the WWE currently on the table, so there’s no need to actually fight.
“The WWE, wrestling, also wants him to come to them somehow. They want to pay him some big money to get him into the ring. He’s immensely popular abroad.” (Transcribed by The Daily Star)
The man himself has also distanced himself from a fight with Rozik in recent times and dismissed rumours of the UFC wanted to stage the bout.
“Yes some people want to organise it but they won’t be able to,” Hasbulla said during his first media scrum. “Because it is too expensive and not too many people will be able to pay for it.
“And I don’t want the fight at the moment, no we haven’t discussed it and Dana White didn’t discuss it,” Hasbulla added. “Abdu Rozik he is a bum and he is a singer. This fight doesn’t make sense.”
