Khabib Nurmagomedov, who is a devout Muslim, is apparently upset with EA Sports regarding the new UFC 2 video game.
Nurmagomedov took to social media recently after noticing that his character in the video game celebrates a victory by making a “cross” gesture.
The UFC contender, who is scheduled to headline the next UFC On FOX card, addressed the folks at EA Sports on Twitter after noticing the video game blunder.
“I’m a MUSLIM and not Baptized. Please @EASPORTSUFC edit my after fight celebration,” wrote Nurmagomedov in the tweet, which can be seen below. “I have a lot of Muslim fans and you have to respect it.”
Khabib Nurmagomedov vs. Tony Ferguson is scheduled to headline the UFC On FOX 19 event on Saturday, April 16, 2016.
