In Round 2, Patrick caught Holtzman with a flush left hand coming in. Holtzman kept the pressure up and chased Patrick around the cage. Patrick seemed frustrated with Holtzman’s pace and control. Holtzman eventually dumped Patrick on his back for a takedown. From there, Holtzman landed heavy elbows from top position. Patrick would return to his feet. The third frame saw Holtzman land a nasty right hand in the middle of the cage. Patrick fell to the canvas and Holtzman landed follow-up hammer fists before working into full mount. Heavy elbows followed as Patrick try to defend to stay alive. He didn’t for that long as Holtzman launched brutal push-off elbows that finally put Patrick out for the TKO finish.
