The UFC president Dana White named the headliner for “The Ultimate Fighter” season fifteen finale, pitting welterweights Martin ‘Hitman’ Kampmann (19-5) and Jake ‘The Juggernaut’ Ellenberger (27-5) against one another for the June 1st Vegas show.

The announcement was made on Wednesday.

The “TUF 15 Finale” is expected for June 1st at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada and will feature several lightweight matchups between the reality series cast.

Kampmann is coming off a submission win over Thiago Alves earlier this month in Australia. The two met in the main event of the UFC on FX 2 show, with Kampmann scoring a come from behind win late in the third round. The victory was the ‘Hitman’s’ second straight, which includes a decision win over Rick Story last November at UFC 139.

Ellenberger has won six straight, earning a “Fight of the Night” bonus and a decision win over Diego Sanchez last month in the main event of UFC on FUEL TV 1. Previous to that, ‘The Juggernaught’ earned wins over Jake Shields, Sean Pierson, Carlos Rocha, John Howard and Mike Pyle.
